STAY WITH US AND EXPERIENCE LIVING YOGA

The residential teachers till July 2013 are Katiza Satya & Sahaj. They offer different retreats and also welcome you as a residential guest.
During a residential stay you have more free time, receiving an average of 3 hours of daily teaching. The afternoon and evening sessions will alternate. Depending on the day you arrive you will experience one of the elements.
During a retreat you receive daily about 5 hours of teachings and experience the elements in a more intense way. Supported by Balinese healing sessions, a massage, visits to temples and attending special ceremonies. This as well as your airport transfer are included in the price and will be arranged by us. The retreats start at 16.00 hours and ends after breakfast. The arrival and departure time will be at 12.00 hours.
Katiza Satya and Sahaj follow the pattern based on the “Maha Bhuta” the great elements of Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Space. Each day you are presented techniques and methods of yoga that are in harmony with these elements. It is an intensive experience designed to shift old patterns. The play with the elements is a very accessible way to connect with the fabric of our own body heart and mind and to light up your own inner light.
