STAY WITH US AND EXPERIENCE LIVING YOGA
Katiza Satya and Sahaj are our residential teachers. They have learnt from different teachers and traditions and their path has been integrated and supported by authentic yoga methods, grounded in many years of practice. The yoga practices and techniques they offer, come from several lineages and include a synthesis of Hatha Yoga, Tantra, Vajrayana Buddhism, Advaita Vedanta, Tibetan Dzogchen, Taoist Qi Gong, Zen Buddhism, and others. The main focus is to help develop a daily individualized yoga practice that you can take home and incorporate in daily life.
As every person will have different physical, emotional and mental needs, we help you to develop the yoga practice that is right for you. No matter if you are a beginner or an advanced practitioner. Here at Kura Kura we move beyond the modern Yoga classes and present teachings and practices that turn a physically based asana yoga practice into a transformational complete experience of Yoga. Katiza Satya & Sahaj offer different retreats and also welcome you as a residential guest.
During a residential stay you have more free time, receiving an average of 3 hours of daily teaching. The afternoon and evening sessions will alternate.
