Every person will have different physical, emotional and mental needs. At Kura Kura we help you to develop the yoga practice that is right for you. No matter if you are a beginner or an advanced practitioner. We move beyond the modern Yoga classes and present teachings and practices that turn a physically based asana yoga practice into a transformational complete experience of Yoga.
Kura Kura is not a ‘one size fits all’ yoga retreat. In recognition of each student’s individual needs and depending on their physical and mental capabilities, the teachings are to help people on an individual level.
At Kura Kura we come back to the way yoga was originally taught and move away from the modern style of yoga class. Yoga is more than a one hour of practice it is a way of live.
